I would just like to write and say a big thank you for receipt of my above order. The 2 pictures arrived safely and in good order.

I had 2 photos printed onto Canvas and although maybe not the best quality pictures you may have dealt with, the sentimental value to me and my family was priceless - they were of my father who sadly recently died suddenly on holiday - and due to a last minute hitch, the delivery date meant that there was a chance that nobody would be at home on delivery, therefore I left a note on my door asking if the pictures could be left in our Porch. I did not think the driver would do this, and indeed I hope I am not getting anyone into trouble by telling you that they did, but due to me travelling the 125 miles to my mother's house at 1 p.m. that day, the timing was crucial.
You will never know how important this was and I thank you most sincerely. If you saw the tears in the eyes of those concerned, you would know what I mean!!!

Just wanted to say the canvas you printed for Kim Christie looks
fantastic! Everyone is really pleased with it, especially my dad as it

They look absolutely fantastic, just how I wanted them to be, the colours
are perfect. The delivery time for Friday is great thank you. I'm so sorry
that the large one got damaged, I packed it to the best of my ability (as it
had arrived) and particularly asked the delivery man to be careful with it -
it even had fragile stickers all over it!!
I know there have been problems with the order but I have to say that I have
been so impressed with your staffs ability to manage difficulties as they
have arisen and your after sales service has to rate amongst the best I have
come across. It makes such a refreshing change for companies to care about
customer service. It's my intention to recommend Lucy Art to friends and
relatives so hopefully all your extra customer care will benefit you in the
